ACE19: Improving Water Management with Innovative Technology

Nobel Systems joins fellow water industry leaders in showcasing the latest technologies in smart water management.

The 138th Annual Conference and Exposition (ACE19) of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) returns this year with the theme of “Innovating the Future of Water.” The conference takes place at the Colorado Convention center in Denver, June 10 to 12.

Nobel Systems, together with global water and wastewater professionals from across the water industry, will be at the AWWA conference to highlight the latest innovation and products for smart water utilities.

The conference will feature a wide range of promising, innovative technologies that seek to make a meaningful and positive impact on the water industry.

GEOVIEWER AND WATER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

Visit Nobel Systems at Booth 3117 to get a free demonstration of GeoViewer, the company’s flagship water utility asset management software.

GeoViewer integrates all areas of water utility management, from pipeline monitoring and Prediction of Leak analysis, to work order, utility billing, and customer relationship management.

Visitors will also learn about Nobel’s various smart water asset management tools such as the real-time IoT (Internet of Things) water pressure monitoring system, valve exercising, hydrant flushing, and more.

WATER TECH TALK

On June 10, Nobel Systems’ Business Development Executive Todd Lushinsky and Chief Technology Office Aretha Samuel will give a Water Talk at 1:40. p.m.at the Water Online Booth 4320.

The two will talk about how GeoViewer brings together many different systems that typically don’t “talk” or communicate.

They will also discuss how to eliminate paper from your processes and operations in the field, and why working with data in a connected environment can help manage everything from the back office to field operations in a simple but powerful system.

MORE WATER TECH FUN

ACE19 will bring back the Innovation Lounge June 10-12. It will feature a diverse panel of water utility leaders and water sector innovation leaders as it explores today’s water challenges and how building bridges between stakeholders can drive the water industry forward.

The Isle Tech Pitch Competition will also return this year to allow water tech companies to pitch for seven minutes to a panel of judges the latest innovations and technologies in smart water management. The most relevant, unique and promising solution will be awarded as the winner at the end of the session.

Throughout the week, there will be keynote presentations on how water professionals can participate in the climate revolution and how integrated resource management can help ensure continuing public water services.

There are also professional programs that will focus on technology and innovation when it comes to source water protection, drinking water quality, and water and wastewater infrastructure.

On June 9, there will be workshops that will offer new perspectives on relevant water and wastewater topics.

From June 9 to June 10, there will be facility tours throughout Colorado from Denver Zoo to water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities at Coors Brewery.

Tour participants get to explore different ways to upgrade and modernize water systems and talk with operators on how to further enhance water usage design and plans.
